Sexual harassment case against Texas judge settled

A sexual harassment lawsuit that was filed against a Texas judge has now settled for $375,000.

According to news sources, the man used profanity and made multiple  sexual comments that made employees feel uncomfortable. The lawsuit states that the man made comments referring to his genitalia and also told one woman that she needed to get out of his way because “he couldn’t even see around her butt.”

A former court secretary and a former court reporter were awarded in the settlement. The judge resigned in June, but fills in there sometimes as a visiting judge.
